The Conference Organising Committee will assist participants for booking accommodation and transportation to/from Bangor.

Special rates have been negotiated for the Thermophiles 2023 attendees who will book during the registration procedure.

We reserved a limited number of rooms at 

The University Accommodation Halls, Area Ffriddoedd, Blocks Alaw and Enlli 

(Bed & Breakfast £44.50)

The cancellation policy is as below:

Cancellation Notice

Cancellations must be received 2 weeks before the first night of your scheduled stay to be eligible for a refund. Any cancellations received prior to this will be refunded in full, less a £12.00 administration fee and will take 21 days to be processed. Please contact the office directly on the details below if you wish to cancel.
