Students Participant: £250,00
Company: £900,00
Accompanying person: £100,00

Late Fees From 16th June 2023

Full Participant: £400,00
Students Participant: £ 300,00
Company: £ 1000,00
Accompanying person: £ 125,00 

Registration fees include the cover for: admittance to the scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, and banquet.

Accompanying persons fees cover: the welcome reception and banquet. Admittance to the scientific sessions is not covered.

Student participants will be asked to provide the evidence of their status (a copy of their student ID, or a similar document signed by their academic supervisor must be emailed to the Organising committee to thermophiles16@bangor.ac.uk)

Cancellation Policy

In case you want to cancel your Registration, please send an e-mail to  thermophiles16@bangor.ac.uk

• Before July 15th, 2023:  full return
• From July 15th till August 15th 2023:  will be returned of 50% of the Registration fee
• From August 15th, 2023:  no return of fees is possible

Please note that all refunds will be done after the Conference.
