Instructions for Authors

Presentations

• Keynote lectures (KN) presentations: 40 min (including 5 min for questions and discussion).
• Oral  presentations (O): 20 min (including 3 min for questions and discussion).

The lecture rooms are equipped with desktop PC and a video projectors.
Speakers are advised to upload their presentations files to the slide point (at the Registration Desk) before their scheduled sessions.

Available presentations system supports Microsoft Windows only with the latest versions of the presentation softwares. If the presentation includes any videos, the required file format is “avi”.
Mac users are encouraged to save their presentations as "pdf" files.
It is not possible to use own laptop.

Posters

• Poster size: A0 (max 84,1 cm width x 118,9 cm height). Please print your posters before your arrival.
